LCD Weather Station

Made a little LCD Weather Station applet to the playground. It also contains general lcd QGraphicsWidget that could be used in other similar applets. Basically it's just svg widget that has functions to turn on/off svg items, with helper functions to handle item groups and seven segment numbers.
